Our Story
Kiwi Staff is a locally Maaori owned and operated team committed to helping workers find employment across various industries. They offer a quality "matchmaking" service that creates a hassle-free environment for both candidates and companies. Kiwi Staff is passionate about the growth and success of the Waikato region's economy and genuinely cares for its clients and candidates. Kiwi Staff's journey commenced humbly within the confines of our Director's garage, marking the outset of a legacy built upon diligence and innovation. Founded in April 2014, Mainu, equipped with six years of prior recruitment expertise, transitioned to our first office space in 2015. Nestled within the heart of Nawton, at 108 Grandview Road, this strategic relocation underscored Kiwi Staff's commitment to community integration and support. With a start up business comes risks and rewards alike, so while Mainu was grinding away building a reputable business, Mere was teaching as a career and providing solely for their whaanau. This combination along with being raised by hard working parents and raising 4 children of their own would springboard Mainu & Meres determination to make Kiwi Staff a success.
